Outright Dental Practice Sales

When the entire practice is being sold, both Dr. Seller and Dr. Buyer have one job – to make certain that Dr. Buyer will be a success!  For Dr. Seller, this means promoting Dr. Buyer to patients and referral sources and agreeing to a rational post-sale transition period in the office.  For Dr. Buyer this means being respectful of Dr. Seller and the staff.  Do not criticize Dr. Seller as a way of boosting yourself up.  This is harmful, not helpful.  The good news for Dr. Buyer is that, in general, most of the patients will transfer to Dr. Buyer.  They respect Dr. Seller and trust Dr. Seller to find the perfect successor.
